Above rates apply Monday thru Friday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
On-site service time is billed with a one-hour minimum, and then in 15-minute increments, plus travel fee.
Service at other times will be billed at 1.5X our regular rates.
Service on holidays is billed at 2.0X our regular rates.
24-Hour service must be purchased separately in order to have access to technical staff after hours and on weekends. Additional fees apply.
